For the sake of games, here's a list of significant choices or dialogue options made in this Rhys' playthrough. Some are listed here for characterization, others are for setting up his worldstate. Italicized events have not yet happened at his current canon point.

Episode 1:

• Stood up to Vasquez, got punched
• Told Loaderbot to evacuate
• Let Sasha see the stun baton
• Refused to sell out Vaughn

Episode 2:

• Tried to tell Vaughn about Jack, but ultimately passed it off as a joke
• Fist bumped Vaughn, trusted him not to have betrayed him

Episode 3:

• Made a tentative alliance with Jack

• Told Yvette to take the escape pod
• Destroyed ECHOeye
• Admitted to being interested in Sasha
